Jacob is the Founder and Chief Pilot of Flight Crew 4031, where he combines a lifelong passion for aviation with a calling to ministry and service. A professionally trained pilot who completed his flight education through the Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) level at Averett University, Jacob founded Flight Crew 4031 with the vision of using aviation to bring hope, humanitarian relief, and non-emergency medical transportation to those in need. Guided by his faith in Christ and his theological studies through Liberty University Seminary, he is committed to leading the organization with integrity, compassion, and a mission-first mindset. His prayer is that every flight serves as an opportunity to care for God's people and point others to the love and hope found in Jesus Christ.

Matherly serves as the Co-Founder of Flight Crew 4031 and is a vital part of the ministry's mission and vision. Known for her genuine servant's heart, Matherly consistently puts the needs of others before her own and is passionate about showing Christ's love through compassionate service. With experience as a teacher in local schools, she brings patience, leadership, and a deep commitment to caring for individuals and families. Her heart for people and unwavering support of the organization's mission help ensure that every aspect of Flight Crew 4031 reflects grace, kindness, and the love of Jesus Christ.

John serves as Secretary of Flight Crew 4031, bringing a heart for service, strong organizational leadership, and a deep commitment to advancing God's Kingdom. Through his experience in banking and his passion for both local and global missions, John uses his gifts to help steward the ministry with integrity and purpose. His calling to serve others and support Gospel-centered outreach plays a vital role in helping Flight Crew 4031 fulfill its mission of bringing hope and practical assistance to those in need.

Sid Allgood serves as Treasurer of Flight Crew 4031, bringing decades of business experience, financial stewardship, and entrepreneurial leadership to the organization. As the successful owner of numerous businesses, Sid provides valuable oversight and wisdom in managing the nonprofit's resources with integrity and accountability. His commitment to excellence and faithful service helps ensure that every donation is used to advance the mission of bringing hope, humanitarian aid, and compassionate care to those in need.

Walt serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Flight Crew 4031, bringing extensive experience as a professional airline pilot and a deep understanding of the aviation industry. His knowledge, leadership, and commitment to safety provide valuable guidance as the organization uses aviation to serve communities in need. Jesse serves as a member of the Board of Directors and as the Pastoral Care Leader for Flight Crew 4031. With more than 30 years of pastoral ministry experience and education in counseling and pastoral care, Jesse brings wisdom, compassion, and a shepherd’s heart to the organization. He is passionate about caring for individuals and families during difficult seasons, ensuring that Flight Crew 4031 ministers not only to physical needs but also to emotional and spiritual well-being. His leadership helps keep Christ-centered care at the core of every mission.
